Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare Merritt Island, seeks a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to contribute to functional improvements in a compassionate, team-focused setting.

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program with active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). Prior SNF or post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.

• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities
