Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Solaris HealthCare Plant City SNF. Provide skilled PTA services to residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life in a busy SNF setting.

Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required; SNF or post-acute experience preferred. PRN shift with competitive pay and benefits options; some benefits waived may trigger increased rates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities
