Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness seeks a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN) to support Skilled Nursing Facility patients in Cassville, Missouri. You will work under a licensed PT to deliver hands-on, one-on-one therapy and help patients regain mobility and function.

Responsibilities include leading patient-centered exercises, documenting progress, educating patients on techniques and devices, and collaborating with the care team to ensure coordinated treatment.

Qualifications

• As a PTA, you must be licensed in the state and capable of implementing patient-specific plans.
• Excellent communication with patients and care team to monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans created by the PT and lead patients through exercises and activities.
