Qualifications

• Must hold Texas license/certification for PTA.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services per physician orders and professional guidelines.
• Develops an overall plan of care with treatment frequency and measurable short- and long-term goals.
• Performs skilled treatments according to the plan of care.
• Documents observations and progress within required timeframes.
• Completes billing and adheres to state and federal regulations.
• Maintains rehab gym equipment and treatment area safely.
