Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas license/certification for Physical Therapy.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; organizational and analytical skills required.
• Ability to function in multi-faceted systems and interact with all staff levels.
• Demonstrates time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use independent clinical judgment and problem solving.
• Meet physical requirements to deliver responsibilities.
• Geriatric rehab experience preferred.
• Successful completion of hiring process/background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services per physician orders and professional guidelines.
• Develops and follows a plan of care with measurable goals and discharge plan.
• Performs skilled treatments and documents patient progress.
• Completes documentation timely per state and federal regulations and policies.
• Performs billing for services provided on the day of treatment.
• Maintains rehab gym equipment and treatment area with infection control practices.
