Job summary

The Heritage Center is seeking a licensed PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in a patient-focused rehabilitation setting. You will deliver individualized PTA services aligned with each patient’s treatment plan and help advance recovery within a compassionate care environment.

Responsibilities include implementing therapy procedures, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with agency policies and care standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program (PTA) is required.
• State credentialing/licensure as required.
• Experience in long term care and membership in professional organization is preferred.
