Qualifications

• Valid professional license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of CAPTE accredited school; foreign-trained programs must be substantially equivalent to US entry-level PT education per APTA.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per the care plan.
• Complete documentation and records timely and accurate.
• Follow established policies and procedures for scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to patient care priorities with initiative and sound judgment.
• Complete orientations, in-services, and trainings in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
