Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per individualized PT care plan.
• Complete documentation and records timely and accurately.
• Follow policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Prioritize patient care with initiative and judgment.
• Attend orientations, trainings, and necessary in-services.
