Job summary

• State PTA license in good standing and current.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Maintains accurate progress notes and communicates changes to the supervising PT.

Responsibilities

• Implement and adjust treatment plans under PT supervision.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper use of devices.
• Document patient progress and status changes in the chart.
