Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Psychology from an accredited college or university.
• Three or more years' experience post Masters preferred.
• Able to use various modalities, including individual, couples, family and group psychotherapy.
• One year supervisory experience in a mental health treatment program preferred.
• Current professional license per state regulations/requirements.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and automobile access.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients using clinical knowledge, interviews and tests.
• Develop and implement patient care plans based on clinical expertise and outcomes.
• Provide individual, group and family psychotherapy to promote adjustment and well‑being.
• Evaluate patient progress using current guidelines and protocols.
• Provide clinical leadership in assessment, treatment planning and psychosocial care.
• Collaborate with staff on assessment, treatment planning and patient progress.
• Offer consultation and training on psychological care and pharmacologic management needs.
• Order and interpret psychological tests and assess personality and cognitive functioning.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients and address concerns.
• Participate in ongoing assessment and engagement of patients.
