Job summary

Sierra Tucson is seeking an experienced Independent licensed Therapist to join our Outpatient Team at Sierra on Campus in Tucson, AZ. This PRN role supports the outpatient program with a schedule on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11am-7pm.

The role emphasizes applying evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques, conducting therapy with individuals and families, and coordinating discharge planning and after-care as needed. A master's degree and active licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Independent licensed therapist eligible to practice.
• Experience in outpatient mental health and addiction treatment.

Responsibilities

• Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to individuals and families.
• Conduct individual, group or family therapy as appropriate for the treatment plan.
• Develop initial discharge plan based on psychosocial assessment.
• Provide initial treatment planning and coordinate needed services.
• Maintain documentation of therapy services per standards.
• Maintain a caseload as assigned.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with staff.
• May provide services in inpatient or patient settings.
• Coordinate discharge planning or after-care as per plan.
• Assist in staff training on behavior management or crisis intervention.
