Universal Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse for Hickory Trail Hospital in DeSoto, TX. You will lead clinical care on a behavioral health unit, caring for patients across age groups with mental health needs in a structured, therapeutic environment.

Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree, Texas RN licensure (or eligibility), and at least 3 years in psychiatric care. Weekend/overtime flexibility may be required; new grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing.
• Three years' experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
• Texas State Board of Nursing licensure required (or eligible to receive/renew).
• New grads welcomed; weekend/overtime flexibility may be required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as an active clinical leader on the unit.
• Provide hands-on behavioral health care with sound judgment and effective communication.
• Care for patients with mental health challenges in a safe, structured, therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with the team to support patient paths and safety on shift.
