Hickory Trail Hospital, an 86-bed behavioral health facility in DeSoto, Texas, invites you to join our team as a Mental Health Technician. You will work on the unit, directly supporting patients and contributing to a safe, therapeutic environment.

We value patience, teamwork, and attentive care. This hands-on role offers opportunities to observe, collaborate with nurses, and help design compassionate care plans across inpatient and outpatient programs.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; CNA preferred.
• Two years of related psychiatric patient care experience preferred.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Must be flexible for weekends, overtime, and varying shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Work on the unit engaging with patients throughout your shift.
• Help maintain a safe, structured environment on the unit.
• Build supportive relationships and observe patients to inform care.
• Communicate observations to nurses to aid care decisions.
