You will assess, plan, implement, and document care while coordinating with the health team and family involvement. The role emphasizes medication safety, patient rights, and adherence to hospital policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing; RN license in good standing.
• Formal training in management of the aggressive patient is required.
• Experience in psychiatric settings is preferred.
• CPR certification or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Complete initial assessments and document as required.
• Plan and implement patient care; update treatment plans.
• Participate in care conferences and multi-disciplinary planning.
• Ensure safe medication administration and accurate documentation.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and rights.
• Adhere to EMTALA and hospital policies; maintain patient privacy.
