ERC Pathlight is seeking a Primary Therapist to join our Maryland team. You will facilitate curriculum-based groups, provide meal support, and deliver individual and family therapy with thorough documentation.

You’ll complete treatment plans, progress notes, and aftercare planning while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. The role requires graduate-level training in psychology or related fields, plus provisional state licensure and eventual independent licensure.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related (required).
• Provisional therapy license with appropriate state licensing board (required).
• Independent mental health license as required by state to practice individual therapy (required).
• Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) or PhD in Psychology from an APA Accredited program (required).

Aufgaben

• Facilitates curriculum-based groups with proper documentation.
• Provides meal monitoring and support, documents meal-related forms, participates in therapeutic meals.
• Conducts psychotherapy sessions including individual and family therapy with timely documentation.
• Completes required documentation including weekly contact with outpatient providers and family members.
• Prepares treatment plans, progress notes, wellness and aftercare plans; conducts comprehensive assessments.
• Participates in treatment team meetings, supervision, and trainings.
• Supports milieu management including de-escalation, crisis management, monitoring breaks, and self-harm assessments.
