Job summary

Crossing Convenient Care in Illinois seeks a PRN Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to examine, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages with acute illnesses, injuries, or chronic disease exacerbations. You will work Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Completion of required NP or PA program leading to certification as NP or PA.
• Current Illinois NP or PA license is required.
• Ability to work with patients from diverse backgrounds; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnose and treat acute illnesses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests per guidelines.
• Develop and implement treatment plans; prescribe medications under protocols.
• Coordinate follow-up and referrals with other health professionals.
• Document medical records and billing promptly and accurately.
