Job summary

Mindoula Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for flexible PRN W-2 roles across multiple Maryland locations.

You will conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose, prescribe medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team. PRN positions offer schedule variety and work-life balance.

Ideal candidates are board-certified PMHNPs licensed in Maryland with DEA and CDS clear record and a patient-centered approach.

• Board Certified PMHNP with active Maryland license and DEA/CDS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations through interviews, history reviews, exams, and psychological testing
• Diagnose patients and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications
• Provide compassionate crisis intervention when needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
