Job summary

Mindoula Health is seeking a Full-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our inpatient care team at the University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center in Largo, MD. Qualifications

We're currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our inpatient care team at the University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center in Largo, Maryland.

Your Role:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits

• Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as needed

• Diagnose mental health conditions and formulate evidence-based treatment plans

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, integrated patient care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• PMHNP-BC certification

• Maryland license, DEA, and CDS (required)

• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure is preferred

• Inpatient psychiatry experience strongly preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to care
