Clinical leadership and mentoring support

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits
Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as needed
Diagnose mental health conditions and formulate evidence-based treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, integrated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards
PMHNP-BC certification
Maryland license, DEA, and CDS (required)
Willingness to obtain additional state licensure is preferred
Inpatient psychiatry experience strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to care
