• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations through interviews, history reviews, exams, and psychological testing.
• Diagnose patients and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications.
• Provide compassionate crisis intervention when needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
