About the Role:

CommuniCare Rehab, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, has a PRN opening for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Grande Pointe Healthcare Center. Our therapists are In-House Team Members, making a direct impact through therapy. We are a rapidly growing company with 170 centers across IN, MD, MO, OH, PA, VA, WV.

Qualifications:

• A Physical Therapy Assistant Degree from an Accredited Program
• Valid or pending State Physical Therapy Assistant License

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify client information by interviewing clients, reviewing medical history, and confirming treatment purposes
• Help clients improve quality of life by assisting with limitations, motor skills, independence, and mobility
• Implement treatment plans in collaboration with Physical Therapists, educate team members and families
• Opportunity to serve at multiple centers with diverse patient needs
