Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verifies client information by interviewing client; reviewing medical history; confirming purpose of treatment.
• Helps clients improve their quality of life by improving motor skills and independence.
• Implements treatment plan through direct treatment and collaboration with Physical Therapist.
• Maintain professional growth through continuing education and other approved learning experiences.
• Maintains confidentiality of all medical records and rehab information.
• Maintains accurate billing information in accordance with facility procedures.
• Assist in leading interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and recommendations.
• Complies with documentation requirements under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist with staff/family training and education as appropriate.
• Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock and placing orders.
