Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verifies client information and confirms purpose of treatment.
• Implements treatment plans in collaboration with the Physical Therapist.
• Maintains professional growth through continuing education.
• Educates treatment staff and other team members involved in the plan.
• Maintain professional growth by participating in continuing education.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records and rehab information.
• Maintain accurate billing information according to facility procedures daily.
• Assist in leading interdisciplinary meetings and relay clinical findings.
• Complies with documentation requirements under supervision of a PT.
• Assist with staff and family training and education as appropriate.
• Keeps supplies stocked by inventorying and placing orders.
