Job summary

Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN position. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver skilled therapies aimed at improving mobility, strength, function, and independence for residents in a 124-bed facility.

Qualified candidates will have a PTA program graduate credential and SC licensure in good standing, with prior experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills.
• Current South Carolina PTA license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans according to physician orders and therapy goals.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the Physical Therapist.
• Document treatment sessions, resident responses, and progress notes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to support positive resident outcomes.
