Qualifications

• Must hold an active PTA license.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides skilled therapy services to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assesses and documents patients' progress and communicates with supervising PT to adjust treatments.
• Provides counseling to patients and families, and coordinates with other service providers.
• Contributes to discharge planning and ensures documentation meets regulatory standards.
