Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in Albuquerque, NM. We offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package within a supportive, clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
• Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assesses patient progress and communicates with the supervising PT to adjust treatments.
• Provides patient, family, and caregiver education related to physical disorders.
• Contributes to discharge planning with the supervisor.
