Job summary

Emerald Nursing & Rehab Lancaster is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team in Lincoln, Nebraska. The PTA will work closely with our physical therapists and nursing staff to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to residents on an as-needed basis.

The ideal candidate will help improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life for patients through personalized care and collaboration with the rehab team.

Qualifications

• Associates’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
• Nebraska PTA licensure or certification is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in providing rehabilitation services.
• Support residents to improve mobility and strength.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate resident care.
