Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Basic knowledge of physical therapy modalities and anatomy/physiology.
• Familiar with basic computer operation and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of the staff PT.
• Adhere to standards of physical medicine practice for diverse patient populations.
• Communicate changes in condition to staff PT and other personnel.
• Order, stock, and maintain records of adaptive equipment.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain department cleanliness.
• Interact professionally with patients and families in the care plan.
• Transport patients according to schedule and ensure safety.
