Gardens of Belden Village in Canton, OH seeks a dependable PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This role focuses on consistent PRN coverage and supervision of the therapy team within a skilled nursing/long-term care environment.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed PT in Ohio, available for PRN hours, and comfortable handling evaluations, progress notes, discharges, and related documentation while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Ohio.
• Consistent PRN availability.
• Ability and willingness to serve as a supervising PT.
• Experience in SNF/LTC preferred.
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills.
• Dependable, organized, and resident-focused.
• Comfortable completing evaluations, progress notes, discharges, and other required PT documentation.
• Familiarity with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
