Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN role in Austell, GA. You will evaluate patients, design and implement individualized rehabilitation plans, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to restore mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• New graduates welcome where applicable.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Foreign-trained applicants must have credentials deemed equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic, neurological, and mobility-related conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Improve strength, balance, gait, and functional mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and home exercises.
