Qualifications

• California PT license required.
• 1 year clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Degree in Physical Therapy (BS/MS/PhD) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal problems.
• Measures strength, range of motion, and respiratory/circulatory function.
• Provides direct resident treatment per plan of care.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Conducts home assessments to ensure safe discharge.
