Good Samaritan in Albert Lea, MN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for PRN shifts at our not-for-profit facility. You will deliver comprehensive physical therapy programs, collaborate with nursing, social services, and families, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes.

New grads welcome. The role offers day shifts with flexible scheduling and opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, and career growth within a large nonprofit health system.

Formación

• Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
• Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist.
• When applicable, may require valid driver's license.
• Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, organizes and delivers physical therapy programs to help clients recover mobility and relieve pain.
• Performs examinations, evaluations, and interventions for residents in post-acute, long-term care or home health settings.
• Educates clients and families about treatment plans and home exercises; documents outcomes and adheres to regulatory requirements.
