Otterbein Portage Valley in Pemberville, OH is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. The PT will screen, evaluate, and revise plans of care under physician supervision, providing compassionate care to residents.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in physical therapy, have an active state license, and can supervise physical therapy assistants. Excellent organization, communication, and knowledge of our policies are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
