Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist for PRN work at Medical City North Hills Hospital in North Richland Hills, TX. You will assess patients, design personalized plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.

You will educate patients and families, monitor progress, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure seamless transitions during recovery. Prior PT experience and TX licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with Texas license.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start.
• Graduate of approved school of physical therapy.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans with physicians and team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and safety practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines for cohesive, patient-centered care.
• Mentor therapy assistants or students and uphold values.
