Job summary

South Mountain Rehab Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to design high-level therapy programs that help Guests regain strength, mobility, and independence. You will work alongside an all-star team of therapists, nurses, and healthcare professionals who love what they do.

You will help Guests meet their therapy goals and create discharge plans that keep them thriving long after they leave our care, while maintaining dignity, respect, and positivity in a healing environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• State license to practice physical therapy in good standing.
• Demonstrated passion for helping people regain mobility and independence.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level therapy programs that help Guests regain strength, mobility, and independence.
• Collaborate with an all-star team of therapists, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
• Assist Guests in meeting therapy goals and develop effective discharge plans.
• Maintain dignity, respect, and positivity to support healing in a happy environment.
