Job summary

You will assess patients, develop plans, and deliver therapy to restore function and reduce pain, collaborating with the care team to support patient goals.

You will supervise physical therapy assistants and students, participate in department operations, and help ensure high-quality care in alignment with accreditation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Requires current Physical Therapist license in Indiana.
• Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
