Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Previous experience in rehab setting preferred.
• Current PT license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts PT assessments and develops treatment plans.
• Provides direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Documents treatment sessions and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborates with rehab teams and participates in discharge planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
