Portneuf Medical Center is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health. In this role you will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to improve strength, mobility and function.

The position emphasizes patient education, accurate documentation, and collaboration with rehab teams, with opportunities for professional development and wellness benefits.

Qualificações

• Education: Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• Experience: One year experience in rehab setting preferred.
• License: Current Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, OR Speech Language Pathology License
• Certifications: CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
