Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Physical Therapist for Ottumwa Regional Health Center in a PRN capacity. You will assess patients, create treatment plans, and deliver care to improve strength, mobility, and function.

Role emphasizes patient education, precise documentation, and coordination with the rehab team and discharge planning. CPR certification is required, and a PT license must be active.

• Previous experience in rehab setting preferred.
• Current PT license.
