Qualifications

• Degree in physical therapy from an APTA-accredited program.
• Valid license to practice physical therapy in the state.
• Two (2) years of clinical PT experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with computers, apps and internet; Apple iPad experience a plus.
• Licensed driver with insured vehicle; some travel may be required.
• Ability to perform job functions with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services per physician's written plan of care.
• Assess and evaluate therapeutic status; participate in total plan of care.
• Directs physical therapy treatment and trains others in therapy phases.
• Instructs patients and families in use and care of prosthetic/therapeutic devices.
• Maintains contact with care team to promote coordinated care.
• Supervises therapy assistants per policy and state regulations.
