Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our Traverse City, Michigan team. You will evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations in a flexible, as-needed capacity.

The position emphasizes collaboration with physicians and nursing staff, development of individualized plans, and thorough documentation of progress. Michigan licensure and a DPT or equivalent are required, with strong clinical and time-management skills preferred.
