PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy License

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Evaluate, review, and screen patients'/residents' medical charts, perform evaluations under physician order, and develop a treatment plan tailored to patient needs.
• Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and educate team members about the plan of care, including providing supervision for PTAs.
• Attend and lead interdisciplinary meetings to share clinical findings, make recommendations, and conduct staff and family training when appropriate.
