Our therapists are In-House Team Members, providing an opportunity to make a direct impact through therapy. Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy License.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, review, and screen patients' medical charts, develop treatment plans according to physician orders and patient needs.
• Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and educate team members about the plan of care, including supervision of PTAs.
• Attend/Lead interdisciplinary meetings, relay clinical findings, and conduct staff/family training when appropriate.
