Job summary

Highland Oaks Healthcare Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver high-quality therapy services to our patients. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized treatment plans that help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve overall health and well-being.

We offer both part-time and full-time roles, plus PRN opportunities, with a benefits package including 401K, health/dental/vision, life insurance, PTO, same-day pay, and staff

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve patient goals
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, posture, and body mechanics
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy
