Job summary

Highland Oaks Health Center is seeking a Speech Therapist to join our newly opened Therapy department. You will be part of a team of dedicated professionals providing high-quality therapy services to our patients in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

We offer full-time, part-time and PRN positions with a comprehensive benefits package. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and help patients recover and improve their overall health

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify speech therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and modify therapy plans as needed to achieve patient goals
• Provide education and training to patients and their families on exercises, communication strategies, and safe practices
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech therapy

About the Role

As a Speech therapist at Highland Oaks Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall health and well-being.
