Highland Oaks Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our newly opened Therapy department. You will provide high-quality PT services and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.

This role offers both part-time and full-time options with PRN opportunities, competitive starting salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Conduct patient assessments to identify PT needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture and body mechanics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date with current physical therapy practices.
