Your Role as a PRN Physical Therapist:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized care plans to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Administer and oversee therapy sessions to help residents achieve optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive resident care
• Educate patients and caregivers on at-home exercises and rehabilitation goals
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
