Job summary

Innovate Rehab and Wellness in Brunswick, MO is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and a competitive hourly rate based on experience.

You will evaluate movement limitations, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to restore movement, function and quality of life. New grads are welcome; clinical excellence is rewarded.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active, valid state Physical Therapy license.
• Clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify movement and functional limitations.
• Create and lead individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy: manual techniques and therapeutic exercise.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and prevention.
• Track progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OTs, and others.
