Job summary

The Palace Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Tennessee is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services and lead patient-centered care within an autonomous yet collaborative setting.

You will develop and manage treatment plans, supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining excellent patient interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapist license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients.
• Develop and implement initial and ongoing treatment plans of care; discharge planning and case management responsibilities.
• Supervise assistants and rehab techs, and participate in utilization review and interdisciplinary team activities.
• Directly supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with state practice acts and OBRA requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure compliance with applicable regulations governing physical therapy practice.
