Job summary

Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PRN) to evaluate and treat patients, develop treatment plans and educate families. Join Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, to deliver high-quality care in a 53-bed inpatient rehab setting.

The role requires a current PT license, graduation from an accredited PT program and CPR certification, with rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state physical therapy licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in rehab setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical injuries or disabilities to improve movement, reduce pain and restore functional independence.
• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
