Job summary

Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced PRN Physical Therapist to support inpatient and outpatient care in Hope, Arkansas.

The candidate will establish short and long term functional goals for patients, discuss goals with patients and families, and document rehabilitation potential for continued treatment. Arkansas state licensure and BLS/CPI/COAP within 90 days are required; geriatric/adolescent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy with a BS, MS or DPT degree.
• Current Arkansas state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist.
• BLS, CPI or COAP certification within 90 days of hire.
• Geriatric and adolescence experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the Standards of Practice for Physical Therapy and ethical codes.
• Provides a positive environment for patients within the care milieu.
• Performs accurate data entry related to patient progress.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Education

BS/MS/DPT in Physical Therapy

Arkansas state licensure as Registered Physical Therapist

Current BLS, CPI or COAP within 90 days of hire
